 Who Can Herbal Medicine Help?

The treatment is said to be able to benefit most people suffering from most kinds of illnesses. Long standing conditions such as Arthritis, Migrane, Eczema, Migrane etc are all said to be helped by this method of treatment.

 What Does Herbal Medicine Involve?

A treatment will begin with a consultation between the practitioner and the patient involving the taking of the patients medical history, diet, exercise, current state of health etc. Then, the patient will generally receive advice about improving his/her health and lifestyle if appropriate. Finally the practitioner will prescribe a suitable treatment if needed. This may take the form of a lotion, tincture, cream or ointment. These prescriptions may be modified as the treatment progresses. Generally, herbal medicines tend to work more slowly than conventional pharmecuticals, but as the herbs start to work, the patient often soon starts to feel better in themselves quite quickly.
