What Does Champissage Involve?

Treatments are carried out with the client seated and fully clothed - indeed, the therapy has become very popular in the workplace, with some companies providing champissage for their office workers. The practitioner will normally start by placing their hands lightly on the recipients head and doing a simple breathing exercise with the recipient to relax. Following this they would typically massage the shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and face.
